How does payment work?

To secure an available time and date, a 10% deposit will be required to reserve your booking. This is the only charge made by us on our reservation/checkout page.  The balance is paid to the service provider directly on receipt of the service on the reserved date. 

Are deposits refundable?

Yes. All deposits are fully refundable 14 days prior to the reservation date. After 14 days we allow one transfer of deposit to a rearranged date or time with the same service provider.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Paypal, Google Pay, and Bitcoin via our secure payment gateway partner Stripe.  Your transactions data and legal rights are fully protected under the terms and conditions of your chosen card company.

Are my payments protected?

Yes. All card transactions are encrypted at rest with AES-256 so that payments made via our checkout system are fully protected under the terms and conditions of our payment partner Stripe.

Can I change my booking?

Yes. We understand that situations change and unexpected things happen. We are happy to offer one change of any booking with the same service provider free of charge. Please contact us by email and we will handle all the necessary details on your behalf.

What happens if a dispute arises?

If the booking was made via our website, we will act on your behalf with the service provider. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
