About Erica

A citizen of the world born in Buenos Aires Argentina, happy, passionate, sensible, and with much love and gratitude, the dream of Ibiza Medicine was born inspired by a great reference, the beloved teacher Pepe Ordoñez.

Three years ago I traveled to the Amazon jungle Yurimaguas Peru there is the healing center Two Worlds Where Pepe and María expand their great wisdom, accompanying deep healing processes with sacred plants of the Amazon My life took a 360-degree turn, a transformation deep I come to my days and with it the awakening of consciousness learning to embrace the darkness and the light that inhabit me, releasing what I am not to reconnect with what I am.

Cooking is one of my passions, love for all living beings led me to immerse myself in the vegetable kingdom and create a deep bond with Pacha mama and its magic which I transmit in each creation combined with the wisdom plants and flowers Ibiza medicine creates unique, expansive experiences full of love inviting to sow the seed of consciousness in each being

My Services

I offer a range of bespoke catering services designed to the satisfaction and requirements of each client.

I source my seasonal vegetables from my own biodynamic garden here in Ibiza so the organic taste of Mother Earth is always present in my food.
